I posted this pick in my grow log and someone said it was rosecomb. I have 1.95g of these dry boys and would hate to throw them away. I'm not sure how long it will be before I can start another grow so I am looking for second opinions. I want to know if this is something that would harm me if i ate it. From what I understand it is a mutation, not a contam. I would assume its safe but I know what can happen when you make assumptions......
-------------------- "Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. Lewis
"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniencies attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it." - Thomas Jefferson
Rosecomb is supposed to be caused by contact with chemicals (especially petrol based ones). Still mushrooms with the affliction pop up sometimes even when no chemicals are used. It may be that some strains are more sensitive and demonstrate freak growth at very, very low concentrations of chemicals.
