I got a print from FSRE. Can I scrape the spores directly into the jars, or do I need to put them into a syringe, or colonize some water, or what? Thanks in advance, sorry if this question is too elementary

Scrap the spore's into a shot glass, use sterile water, and suck up into a syringe...

Does this mean that I CAN scrape the spores directly into the jars? I only have one print and I'm not anxious to screw it up.

the simplest, easiest way would be to make a test syringe with a weak dextrose or sucrose solution first .let the spores germinate in the syringe, and wait a few days to see if any contams show up .
and, yes go to faq and read, read, read !

Yes, BUT:
- you will need a shakeable substrate/tye, millet, corn...
- you will need some kind of a sterile working space, so when you open the jar, air from outside doesn?t enter and contaminate the jar(glovebox, flowhood...)

I?d suggest that you follow the Psilocyber?s syringe tek.
Then inoculate PF-jars with the syringe(s).

Depending on the size of the print, you can make 5-10 good syringes from one print.
