How much of this PESA should I eat?

I've got a bit of PESA that I recently grew. They were grown PF-style, harvested at veil-break and dried with dessicant. I've tripped every couple months or so over the past year. I'll be tripping with some people who never have before, and some who have. We're all looking for a nice, managable experience. I haven't eaten any of this batch nor ever tried this strain before, i've heard it's potent. I'd like to avoid the dissapointment of under-dosing, however, there will be first timers, so aiming too high isn't good either... i'm thinking 2 grams for the virgins, 3 for the rest of us... how's that sound?
