Thats an interesting way to cook asparagus I'm going to have to try that.
Its nice to see people properly searing scallops, to me its highly irritating seeing pale scallops, and I see it alot especially at places that are supposed to have 'refined' cuisine.

scallops and bacon may be a match made in heaven, however one of my favorite combonations would be scallops and mushroom rissoto with black truffles, MMMF. or even just scallops in browned butter. sexyness

hahahahahaha

dude charcoal can be a real mess.  Whenever we had grill outs at PTK's place it would take a while to set up, with the chimneys, and ur bound to get coal dust on someone.

I think either is fine, and comparing the two is honestly, pretty fucking negligable compared to all the other factors to take into consideration like i dunno...the GRILLERS SKILL?

If you have a good piece of meat, seasoned well, prepared well, and grilled well, that's all that really matters.
