The yellow stuff is just mycelium with a little exudate (mycelium sweat).

Mushroom mycelium can have all kinds of colors, brown, yellow, pink and so on, depending on the species, strain, age and cultivation method.

I got two nice flushes, the first being better than the second. In the second i got some really strange looking mushrooms. Ive seen these being cultivated at farm and they use the open jar method similar to enoki.
