growth parameters (taken without permission) from 'Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms' by Paul Stamets (BUY THIS BOOK!)



They are grown in a bin like this:



The sawdust is supplemented with corn meal.

Yes, I own all of the book, i guess my question is: DO you think that you are meeting the oxygen parameter for normal sporocarp formation?

Una, how big is the bag?
Is it as big as the other ones (in the other posts) ?
Also, how did you prepared the sawdust? (how much water? 60% of the sawdust weight ?)

These bags are a little bit bigger than we use normally. I like to try new things :laugh:

Susbtrate moisture is at around 70%
