Should i pick them off or cut them off w/ an exacto knife. I want to harvest a few that are showing some blue spots. They are in a cluster and i want to remove w/ out damaging the rest of the cluster. Any suggestions? Thanks

Yes be careful if you have a hearty shroom and try like hell to rip it out of the substrate it just might fly out and hit you in the eye .  Yeah grab it at the base with two fingers and twist, it will pop right out.
