Whaaat...I swear this thread has been locked for ages? Or am I just going crazy? Haha, either way, it's nice to be able to post in it

Wait, this is a real place?!? That's pretty spectacular!
Sorry I'm lazy, or it's just been a really long time and I forgot how to upload pics from the internet and put them on Shroomery lol, so I'll just drop this google link to some really cool perspective warping stuff. The first one (circle) is the prettiest but there's a lot of different perspectives to see, the one that goes top to bottom starts with the smallest particles instead of our solar system, and the left to right one while not quite as pretty as the circle one is slightly more accurate imo.
This year started off with me being interested in psychology/pharmacology as I have been for years but I've gotten more into astronomy stuff lately too which had always been a cursory interest but I've been diving deeper into a lot of it lately. Especially with all the research about black holes, and the picture of M87's black hole in April which was the first "picture" of a black hole, ever. And in the vastness of allllll of that, you and I are stuck down here relatively entwined

The electromagnetic spectrum is similarly really awesome seeing how many factors of 10 a single wavelength can be, and the extremely small slice of that which amounts to everything we can see.

I guess that might not really be that spiritual to most people I guess it's more.. thought-provoking.
In the spirit of the thread, and the recent alex grey posts, and tool's new album... here's my favorite pic/moment/gif from an old video.
