 Show me the Compost Man!!!

Heylo everyone,
I'm just doing some reading up on cultivating bigger, more potent shrooms by using compost/manure.
And I came across somebody mentioning something about Psylocinjunkie having compost to sell.
Is this procedure called spawning? I am kind've confused about all of it! Can anybody explain to me in which order everything is done, including pasteurization.
Or better yet, point me to a link where I can read all about using compost/manure to grow your shrooms!

bulk substarte inside the FAQ. spawn is anything used to innoculate substrates so correct me if i'm wrong plz. the substrate originally will be your brf/grain jar and then when its done colonizing it is turned into spawn only if you are using it to innoculate another substrate (poo). once u do that its called spawn running i do believe. checkout agar isolation sections in FAQ as well. lots of great info there.

actually i got extra compost i'm trading for lots of things.
It is spawning. You take brf/verm and spawn it into compost.
To sterilize the compost you bake it in an oven at 250 degrees for 90 mins, stir up after 60mins and return to bake for 30 mins...

Did you compost that yourself, and if so can you give a list of approx. materials and measurments? I'm working with straight wheat straw now but have lots of room in the back yard for compost.

I've been aske dthat question soo many times and answered it many times...
Do a search online for mushroom compost and you'll come up with some recipe's... Does take time though.
You can pm me if you like and ask some more specific questions~
