Hey everyone. So, heres is a pic of my first batch ever. Things seem to be going well, however nothing is growing in the middle. As i have posted before, everything was fully collonised underneath the soil, and then the soil was added, kept in the dark for 5 days and the fruiting began. Will the center ever start to fruit? These guys seem to be growing fast, as the first sign of anything popped up only week ago. Does anyone have any advice of how to get the middle growing faster?

Growing like this often happens, when the substrate was misted during primordia formation. The sides of a tray usually get misted less, than the center.
You might have had water droplets on the center of the substrate, causing it not to develop pins properly.

I definitely think that's what it was... there was a lot of water in there before i put the soil on.. i tried to suck it up a bit with some tissue but didn't get it all.. do you think it will grow (eventually) in the center?

Could it be a humidity issue?I had a case pin like this, then found my RH was way too low-only at the sides was it enough for pinnng...?

If you have issues with your RH, it might well be, that pins show up on the sides exclusively, due to better growing conditions. But as you can see, he cased the whole thing, making the chance for this to happen probably smaller.
In addition, the fruits still seem to have formed from on top of the substrate, not really the sides.
