Thinking something small. Im gonna get a few growbags that come pre set-up for growing and one syringe of Panaeolus Cyanescen-Maui Hawaii.
I was just wondering if I need to do the whole fruiting chamber deal, or If I can just noc the bags and stick them in a big tupperware comtainer with a humidifier and then spray the walls of it everyday.
If this will work, will it be cheaper than going the Jar route?
whats your opinion??

Have you already bought your bag and spores? I understand where you would want panaeolus mushrooms as opposed to psilocybe cubensis mushrooms, but their growth requirements are very specific and just sticking them in a big tote with a humidifier, and spraying the wall's will most likely result in failure or undesirable yield with the species you're interested in.
I would seriously recommend you read into the growth requirements for pan cyan before you buy spores and especially before you inoculate a substrate with it.
As for the tote with the humidifier, that's basically a fruiting chamber, but whether or not it will provide the right fruiting conditions is a different story. The chamber would ideally retain a high relative humidity, around 90-95%, and would have a constant supply of fresh air exchange. Many people (soon to be including myself) simply fruit in a greenhouse with a impeller type cool mist running on a timer, and either holes in the greenhouse or the door left open to allow steady fresh air flow.
Pan cyan in particular like a high Fresh Air Exchange(FAE) but cubensis can get away with a lot of neglect on your end, and very little FAE.
These are cubensis mushrooms and they fruited inside a jar with the lid on it in my windowsill, no fanning, no misting:

That's not to say I encourage you try to fruit cubensis and put absolutely no effort into it whatsoever, because the yield from those little guys was negligible compared to other grows that are given optimal substrate and fruiting conditions, just saying you'll probably get better results at first while you get used to cultivating mushrooms if you go with a cubensis mushroom.

I think that cubes would be easier to grow, I just dont have ALL the time in the world to give to them, my ideal situation would be something that I could Start in one day, say a saturday night, then tend to them once a day, say before bed or right after i get up. And get a good amount even if only from one yield. Im not planning on anyone using them accept for me and my girlfriend. so, I dont need tons, jsut enough for one or two good flings.

Cubes will grow in the bag, no misting fanning etc. Just inoculate a myco-bag, let colonize (massage in at 40% to speed up the process) then wait for pins, open the bag when you're ready to harvest. The bag will hold in all the moisture and the filter will provide poor but adequate air exchange.
Pans CAN work like this too but not near as well, and you might not get enough for the two of you.
Hell you can even pour water in the bag after harvest, sit overnight, and dump it out the next day for more flushes.

As everyone else, I would suggest you start with cubes.

if time and outcome are factor, i suggest you go here: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/10605734/fpart/all/vc/1/nt/20 and research anything you can about sclerotia. it's changed my life forever and i'm never looking back!
