hey guys I have a few cakes acting funny and i was looking for a harvest but now I'm not sure.
It started with the bruising, but that's not a problem i think i fanned them too hard. then i noticed that they were very pall in color, now i started to get worried about trich.
http://
I looked closer and seen a distinct rust color on the very base of two clusters ( I have no idea what this may be).
Looking at them there is little "bumbs" of fuzz that i think is mold on a few caps.
These were my second flush and they seemed to mature mush fasted then the first.
Please someone tell me what the hells going on here. I already Know that i probably going to have to trash them. Or do i ???

I don't see any contams. Did you possibly not give them much light? When I don't give my shrooms light while they fruit they often end up looking discolored like that. I wouldn't worry about the growth on the caps it looks like just mycelium, typically mold wont grow on your actual fruits before picking them because it's living mycelium itself and very resistant to contams.
On second thought they actually look to dry. Drying can cause the caps to crack like they are in your pictures, and enough drying could cause the oxidation which is turning them almost totally blue there.

Your fruiting chamber's humidity is probably too low, or the cakes have exhausted in the middle of their second flush. I see nothing that would be directly evident of contamination.
