Unwanted Shrooms

A buddy of mine is having trouble with some unwanted fungus. He has a medical grow and has little mushies popping up in his soil. He been picking ASAP before they can drop spores but they are popping up more and more on a daily basis. I believe they maybe coming in from the fresh air intake and am going to try and put micro pore tape over the the intake but what can I do about established mycelium in the pots that are already growing?

It shouldn't honestly effect his grow to much because mushrooms use different nutes in the soil then plants do so don't fret to much. I'd suggest against putting micropore tape over the intake because micropore tape really doesn't allow much air exchance, it allows for gas exchange, but that's not exactly the same thing.
Used mushroom compost is actually used for growing plants because mushrooms help to break down the soil which apparently is good for plants so maybe they'll even be beneficial for him?

@Biologys- Train Wreck and Tangerine Dream
@Mycjunky- I shouldn't consider the fungus a soil contaminate?

Many mushrooms species are beneficial to plant growth, because they break down the soils and make the nutrients available for the plants. I wouldn't worry too much. Pics of the mushrooms would clearly hep to ID them, though.
