Tried cult. twice

First time I cultivated I managed to get them all colonized...then fruited them all and almost after a day they all got web mold...
2nd time I actually got a little fruit, but alas...they failed as well.
I'm thinking of totally giving up, I've read teks and watched videos and tried to be so sterile I sealed half my room in plastic sheeting and still failed...how could I go so miserably wrong?
What's the easiest strain to cultivate hands down? I'm asking for growers that have cultivated MANY strains...what's consistent and resistant?

B+ is a pretty easy strain to work with..
But if you've been failing at cubes, try schlerotia.

I've read sclerotia are really tough...
B+ was my last go around...so maybe I'm just not cut out for it, I'll try after summer maybe..I'll stick with the ethno garden in the meantime.

get a pressure cooker. maybe some injection port lids. that will solve all your problems.

Keep trying! I failed three times before I got fruits. Look into using a lid with a self healing injection port and maybe a filter disk. That made the difference for me. Also, I learned a great deal by going down to the library and reading a textbook on fungi. There was also a really good one on sterile mycology procedures. Just keep trying different methods until you find one that works out.

yep. especially if you inoc through an alcohol soaked sponge and the silicone injection port. its fucking idiot-proof haha. also, an HEPA air filter can work wonders for dirty rooms.

You've read wrong, I keep hearing how schlerotia is the easiest thing in the world to grow
Some people are saying we should even start out with it not cubes because they are way easier than cubes are.
I'm only halfway through my first schlerotia grow so I'm no expert though.
