polyfil sticking to syringe tip

ever had the polyfil from the jars you are knocking up stick to the tip of the syringe when your bringing it out?

lol what to u do in that case?

i just burnt it off

i do the same thing then when im done I pick at the end of the needle with my finger till i get the snag off it.  I immediately flame the needle then.

my needles tend to snag up pieces of the paper towel soaked in iso - i usually just burn em right off since theyre so tiny

Sounds like a burr or nick. Easy fix: replace it. Not as easy fix: Sharpen or dull it on a fine sharpening stone or a piece of very fine sand paper. They dont need to be all that sharp unless you use a self sealing port. I would not poke that burr through my self sealers. :peace::pipesmoke:
