It's strange to watch the struggle That so many people feel They get themselves in trouble Stuffing a hole that won't seal
Trust me, I know the feeling Played the game, I have before Hook up, have fun, no meaning Til keeping up is a chore
It's all fake, they tricked themselves Makeshift feelings up for trade Furnishing their own jail cells Keeping up with the charade
Now they're back where they started The way to love, hole hearted
Bitchesss!!! Inspiration is a fleeting gift, gone as quickly as it comes!! use it or lose it fellas..

On which Philosophical boats sail, laden with spice. Understanding the river is never the same twice. The drip of words squeezed from a mountain of thought. Have to pass through the filter of what we've been taught. Take away the restrictions by forces unseen. Come closer to free form being. Flexible fluid and never fixed. Changeable reality forever mixed.
Very nice.

Ecstatic Fire
Pulling and always ever lightly lulling, wind serpentine in the air; a vibrating palimpsest (if you look close enough).
Rings o'er fire let out in the embers' smoke, draping e'er the north of Edwind Lake.
Giving up the ghost in a moor in the estate, a shade still lingers o'er garlands in the grave.
As things stand I may aland my soul at Heaven's gate, but the storm is manifesting o'er the water staved drifts of fate.
There is only one place departed O' these loci a-desperation, northward, lo' we'll travel winding towards British Ranges.
When we reach the cold there then thine fire will be lit. In the cross of light I'll mind a warmth I'll find will never quit.

Her hum
You were cute as sugarplums Like candy, all too sweet Pulled on up in your tiny car Stepped out with two tiny feet
We spoke of staying off the dirt Keeping faith, believing You bought a fancy flannel shirt But the size tag was deceiving
And now you lay beside me In your zoloft boxed-wine daze Although my smiles flighty Stick with me, just a phase

My World
There is a special place I like to go sometimes You won't find it on a map for it's only in my mind I started building this strange place at an early age And as I grew a little older it expanded day by day Then one day it dawned on me and I started to realize I should secure my little world from others prying eyes So I started scheming, this wall would be divine It would be thick and full of tricks to guard me well inside So with every upset, and every broken heart I placed a stone around me, I was being smart I left no room for windows from which to sit and stare Just a simple little door that few people know is there And even if they search for it, I'm sure nothing will they find I'ld rather them sit outside and ponder, not knowing what's inside.
And if by chance I let you in, there are many things that you will find But you cannot rush it, for it takes a bit of time And once your in, it's up to me, on how deep you can explore Because there are some places, I built without a door These are the curious places, that make me who I am Interesting as they may seem, but even I have spun and ran One bit of advice, just steer clear, of places you know you shouldn't go I cannot point them out to you, but the closer you get, you'll soon feel it in your soul.
The roads are never ending, and the seasons never change And if you try to find too much, it's easy to loose your way The shadows are sometimes scary, many demons lurk within But there are some happy places. that'll make you smile and grin The sun it shines, sometimes it rains, depending on my mood Just remember when the skies are dark and hazey, soon they will shine a brilliant shade of blue.
It takes a fearless person, to play inside my walls Just becareful and watch your step, it's easy to slip and fall There are alot of things you can learn, just sitting by my side Just be sure to hang on tight, your in for quite a ride My world is some place special, it can only be found from deep within It's a place I can go and hide, and be shielded from my sin So here I stay, tucked safe inside its core My only fear my dear friend, is that one day, I may not can find the door.

Adrift in the abyss A rift dehisced As my bliss went amiss, Signed and sealed With a cosmic kiss... My spirit set sail into the void And hitched a ride on a passing asteroid... To find a new home In the darkness that I roam With nary a photon Or inter-stellar liaison To show me the way, To glow again today... Destination unknown A vacation, Into the twilight zone I wait for the day To sate in my new abode

Form is a distraction from energy. The lies from your senses the enemy. Cages of fractal circles size defined. Our interactions where the edges combine.
No matter the shape an object has a sphere. Its this energy that allows now to be here. At the outermost edges of our very conciousness. You will find the innermost limits of the Qauntum scientists.
A circle can never be broken. For even the pieces know why they've been chosen. Soothing our craving for stability. With fragments we construct an impossibly self resolved objectivity.

Crumpled Memory Sentience
O'er the meridian passage the stars obscured by cities' light, there's a place in the hills where alone divinely anight keepsakes of metals, jewelry, candles, and resins of an apothecary's remain in a chest with diamonds of rubies that line the clasp, sides, and dowels.
O'er the eminence shining afterlight lo' the great moon! vaunting itself for your lenses; can you see the dances of the vortex of light or only but the snowy lumination of near-waking from unsatisfying sleep, eking through the forest of deep like a fern frosted within a copse of icy Yule trees?
The ardent roots of mankind in convalescence under the rocks, 'neath the soil of nature's yearning; above, odiferous Sweet Birch lay in the paths o'er protrusions that cross by-ways of terrane and long rivers seated into gorges; there lie seeds' the cones' of the conifers leave in the canyon. Zygote caskets out of the maze of death to breathe life again.
In the branches the Swallow extends it's blesséd song's hand and guides me from my place of sadness into the zone between cosmos and madness.

Forgiveness an enchantment A spell I wish you’d cast Gifted and given Only to those who bare worth
As the wick burns down to the pin Wanting to explode with fury Sitting quietly in a pool of reflection Allowing nothing to come and steal it away
I picked a flower from the wood Held pure white petals to my lips Telling it my secrets in hopes it’d let me go Eyes at my back, I crush it between my fingers
You do not have to apologize too Just tell me that somewhere Deep in the crevices of your consciousness You can hear me saying I’m sorry
The cycle of undoing within the mind Dismantling in the form of creating To build on existing land Demolish what stood before
Coexistence is as much an illusion As love and peace ever were There isn’t anything here That’s worth fighting for

Rome
Jewel of antiquity All roads lead back to thee And if I were to choose a word I doubt it would be "free"
Enslaving, seething conquerors From Carthage up to Gaul From Spanish lands to Palestine No province was too small
Freedom was a concept That only did apply To patricians and their consulship And to Caesars, by and by
You showed decorum, it is true But were bloodthirsty as well To pagan gods you sacrificed On power you did dwell
And power was a staple there For about a thousand years A third the world would tremble And think of you in fear
You financed life with spoils From coffers far and near Your taxation, it was brutal, true And bankrupting, I hear
The peasants who did toil Within your borders lived In ridiculous juxtaposition With a class that did not give
As plunder went on higher Separation did ensue As classes ever drifted The divisions within grew
As history has shown us Societies grow ripe And what were once their virtues Dissolve, replaced with tripe

The Road to Ruin
The hue and cry for freedom Is a rather funny thing One is only free to buy The things money will bring
Economy is everything For us here in the West We have the biggest bank accounts And therefore, we're the best
Corporate iconography Inundates the senses For anything but profit There are no false pretenses
Decadence? Insanity? They are indeed strong words The line between reality And product rather blurs
We should be able, it is true To make a decent living When business becomes life itself Then life is not forgiving

When did it become a competition. Gluttony the destructive fission. A decent living misconstrued. Absurdities permanent interlude.
Communal awareness forever destroyed. Mass misdirections forever employed.
Put all the world's problems closely side by side. A true community with no place to hide. Ask this question whilst people starve nearby. How can you have to much food and why.
You see that while the west is self deluded in shame. We are all a part of Humanities game. The innocent dream of freedom from the greed of our misery . Means to circumvent eqaulity the ultimate misery.

It's a battle of the spirit A war within the mind Every day that passes I die a bit more inside The sorrow is ubiquitous As if hope is now iniquitous And try as i might I'll never win the fight... My biggest mistake Was just being myself Apparently only fakes Can progress, in this hell Conformity is the new harmony Those inside the box sing Critical thinking and empathy Has made me lose everything... Soul doubt hit me hard Sold out like a rock star I wish I could be dumb Maybe then I could be numb Ignorance is bliss Love is an abyss I should probably force myself To stop giving a shit Maybe then I will get ahead And transcend This omnipresent dread... It was fun while it lasted But now I'm flabbergasted Perhaps I should do a 180 Maybe then I will find peace Thoughts in my head, so weighty I just want them to cease It hurts, and it sucks But why should I give a fuck? Nobody else does And they all seem so happy Can somebody please Give me a frontal lobotomy So I can be happy too...

You paint like the wind blows With timeless skill and passion I met you through the paintings hung Such expertise in fashion
With time I put your face to name Met at last the famous artist When such a lovely time you bring To say goodbye is hardest
But time will find our reunite Im sure ill see you often Take good care, and craft some more! Walls plead your brushes soften
(My girlfriends sister wanted a poem, so I wrote her this. Shes very sweet and cute, she loved it. Shes got an innocent crush on me )

Oh, thou great placebo Remedy of broken hearts Extract of the abstract Catalyst of endearing art... A romantic notion A phantom emotion That cannot be weighed, Conveyed, nor surveyed... Indeed... Can it even be real? "Of course it is" Many say, with such zeal... But I'm a man of science Evidence, is my only reliance... And this word Has only brought pain It's so absurd And utterly insane... So many use it So many abuse it So many confuse it So many refuse it... Its definitions are so variable No other word is comparable... Some mean it Some need it Some fiend it Some dream it... But honestly What the fuck... Is this thing... They call "Love"
