Fortunately, Unfortunately

The way this work is I'll start a sentence with fortunately and someone has to start the next one with unfortunately, and then the next one fortunately, ad infinitum.
EXAMPLE:
Fortunately, I have a torpedo to defeat the ninja squid.
Unfortunately, the ninja squid also has a flamethrower
Fortunately, I'm under water...
