I fail to see what is so interesting, and how this pertains to Spirituality, Philosophy and Science, and not Off topic. Perhaps you can enlighten me.

Sex is the most primal and important thing to the continuation of our species. Everyone can associate with it. Everyone wants to be a part of it.
Even though we can get into deep spiritual thoughts, sex is still what drives us. It is what allows us to be spiritual in the first place.

Looking for pattern recognition itself is a scientific or philosophic enterprise.

It is the way we learn.
