cold weather louisiana shrooms

ok, as far as i know, theres no active cold weather shrooms in louisiana. am i wrong already? anyway, i was thinking of starting some azures or cyans outdoors here. can it be done? i would start some jars and transplant outdoors in various locales. or is there a better tek for this idea?
heres where the idea comes from. in summer, i have a few good cubensis cowfields. but when wintertime rolls around, theres no tripping for me. i really want to trip in wintertime over here. the landscape is so different. im trying to grow, but with very little success. growing comes naturally to some people, but my situations and local environment(home) severely hinder the cultivation process.
im sure other southern state hunters may benefit from any advice, if theres actually a remedy to this problem.
oh, and welcome remy. your in a highly respectable position. congrats

Cultivating cyans an azures is easier said than done. Do some research in the cultivation(maybe advanced cultivation) forums. Starting an outdoor bed is hard for someone who's new to growing. Your best bet for the winter time is to grow cubensis indoors.

i agree with gumby, but if you really want to try this, go with pan. subbs, and cyans . they have a much broader range then azure. and are more forgiving .at least in my experience . you certainly have enough humidity there, but high temps. may be a limiting factor . http://www.shroomery.org/findorgrowthem.php?View=docs&doc=44 http://www.shroomery.org/findorgrowthem.php?View=docs&doc=45 ive heard of Copelandia cyanescens growing there also .you should get your arse out there and pick enough to last you through winter .
