Is there some place I can go for info on the different strains of cubes? I just recieved a texas print and hope to soon get an Allen but I would like to find some info on these strains and more, but not just what you can read at the vendors sites. I would like to know potencity mostly and any other details that might help me grow it or have better trips.

if you arent adverse to books, try Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World... its got a great deal of info in it, psilocin/psilocybin/baeocystin percentages of around 100 different species, mostly active, but some non-active and deadly... if nothing else its a great resource... lots of good pics, and easily understandable...

does that book get into the different strains of cubes or just talk about cubes as a whole?

strains are not covered to any great extent, but are discussed... its mostly like a scientists field guide, with charts and data... but i found mine at Borders booksandmusic, so check it out anyway if you can, it might be what yr looking for.....

You mean diffrent potency in difrent cubbie strains, right?
Havent seen any reports covering that issue?
Maybe MJ got some knowledge regarding that or atleast someone who got access to Labreports and analyzes concerning active substances in cubbies.

peace..

All cube varieties are real close in potency INMHO. Every grow varies in potency even in the same strain. I think they are basically all same potency wise and effect wise.

Only strain ive tried that i thought was lacking in potency a tad every time i tried it was mexi-cube, but that strain fruits great.

The only difference is the effects. The potency is almost the same, but there are more pronounced visual or audio hallucinations or more of a high on some strains.

maybe. Stivje and DeMeijer recorded a variation in psilocybin of around .2% between an Amazonian and Mexican spore race of cubensis - that is a significant difference.
