Mycology Spreadsheet

Does anyone have any links or files to mycology spreadsheets? To record data and procedures and such as would be used in a lab.
I figured I would look around before I took the time to make some up.

Also interested in something like this if anyone has any suggestions of what all would go on the spreadsheet (rh, temp, etc)...

This is a brief idea of what I am working on putting into a spreadsheet.
substrate -type -water content -substrate measurements -date made
strain -type -lc/ms -batch including date made
inoculation -date
colonization -percent then date (eg 5% @ 2/10)
fruiting type -cakes/casing/spawn
casing -casing mix -baking conditions
cased -date -colonized date
fruting -date introduced -date primordia forms -date fruit enters mature stage -date harvested -fruiting chamber conditions

This is a really good idea. It would make note taking on projects much easier. Which, of course, will improve your skill.
Here is an Excel spreadsheet I put together based on Satori23's suggestions and what I could use myself.
http://www.mediafire.com/file/n3eyyzngezd/Mycology%20Project%20Spreadsheet.xls
I invite anyone to download the file and modify it as you need it.
Also, upload your modified version and post a link. I'm sure it will be helpful to all.

Please consider the possibility that your spreadsheets can be used as evidence against you. I am not saying that I don't take notes, just that I make them hard to access (encrypted image file, encrypted text file = OSX & MacJournal ) and don't write down yield as such.

Yeah, if you get caught with journals you'll be screwed.
Some famous weed smuggler got caught because he left his journal somewhere. (Not that you'd take it anywhere, but if the find it they probably wont go light on you at all.

You should make a webapp out of this, something that ideally could be used offline. I for example only have Excel at work, so I can't use this at home.
I am sure somebody could help you out to make this into html.

If you buy the book, The Mushroom Cultivator it has a bunch of spreads in the back of it. It really is a must have for growers.

Anyone ever use Google docs?
I like open office and Google docs. The cloud is where its at.
A mycology spreadsheet is a great idea.

And if you fill in info into the book, you could argue the notes were there when you bought it secondhand. If you don't mark the date

I have received the uploaded spreadsheet and made one of my own. I could easily turn them into html and upload them if anyone really wants it.

Yes, please!
This could be made into an essential calculator and guide, if more parameters would be added.
Things that come to mind are measurement converter (gallon -> liter, inch -> centimeter etc.), pressure cooking times for different material and volume. There are loads of calculations that could be collected into one place.
Guidelines could be added also to help people new to this hobby. An example could be to add "Optimal substrate depth is generally considered 3 to 5 inches." in conjunction with the volume calculator.

Please don't scan Paul Stamet's book. He's a really good guy and deserves the money for his book. That's even worse then pirating a copy of RR's Let's grow mushrooms DVDs. Buy that book and all this stuff is in there. I don't think it's any more than 20-30$.

I personally use lab stickers on my tubs. The historic data is both damning and of little use as this is not being done for a thesis and you are only keeping the better performing mixes as you move forward. Also, this is only an accurate measurement when used on isolates....prolly already know that, but just to be sure.

I most certainly did not mean the entire book, strictly the spread sheets. I don't feel much harm in that.
