Three years ago I started getting seriously bad migraines. I tired alot of different methods of alleviating them but no luck. Two years into the migraines I met a quad at the local hospital and we started talking about bio/nuero feedback. I started to notice the little "sign's" my body was telling me whenever I physically did something to myself that would trigger a headache, or when psychically I was too tired/stressed/whatever and I could take the appropriate steps to lessen the blow of the migraine. I would really recommend studying any form of bio feedback just so you can get to know yourself even better.
