Stress

I think its time to wave the white flag and take a visit to the Doc. This is really getting me down now and I'm so tired of it, its now borderline depression. I cant sleep (wake up every 2 hours), sweats, shaking, diarrhoea, depression, lack of appetite (Iv lost 7 kilos), cant concentrate on my studies and I'm constantly restless and have to be doing something. My nicotine, caffeine and alcohol intake has sky rocketed (i know that is counter productive and could be contributing to the problem)

I would like some advise on what the doctor could possible say and suggest to me, would it be medication? counseling? and would are other peoples experience of this.

I usually get lost in music or art when I feel stressed.
