ARE THEY GROWING?

i have jars that have been enoculated for about a full working week could some one tell me the signs of the growth please

The substrate will start to turn white. That is the mycelium. What temp are your jars at?

Sounds like you should read the faq, but at first you will see little white strands of mycelium, this will further develop to encase all of your substrate.
