Once I had just dosed a fairly heavy amount of HBWR and set off on foot towards a party, with a friend. On the way we got jumped by a group of guys and my friend got beat up badly enough it warranted an ambulance call.
I was concussed enough that I forgot about taking the HBWR, and when the cops showed up I did not even realize just how much I was tripping out while talking with them-- but at what point I had an 'aha!' moment and the rest was just fucked. I got away as soon as possible.


My first acid trip was out in Lang Tang Valley, in Nepal. Me and two other friends just went romping around this remote valley all day-- through the jungle and up and down hills. But our home base was this log over the Lang Tang river. We had a great fun time running and dancing on this log. It was a huge trip to have all that rushing water underneath you. Amazing.


It was only later we noticed that immediately after this log was a large waterfall, and then endless rapids. We had paid no attention to what came after, we were so mesmerized by this tree to dance on. Seriously, one fall would have been fairly certain death.


We couldn't even dare to venture on it sober, and realize the truth of its danger-- but while tripping it was no problem.
