Post Office holding my package

So I had a package shipped from out of the country. I got the tracking info and looked it up online and the notice says it was attempted to be delivered yesterday and a note was left. The site also says I can come pick up the package... Well, there was no note, I think they're trying to set me up, I should not have to sign for it either. Whad do ya think?

USPS standards are that if a package is too large to fit in the mailbox and the resident isn't home to recieve it, they'll try to redeliver the next day. They are supposed to leave a little slip, but the workers can get lazy, especially working in the cold.
Depending on the contents, I'd play "I thought it was legal because the site said they ship to the US," if it was from an online vendor. Good luck!

OK, I'll wait to see if it's delivered tomorrow since we did have a pretty intense surprise snow storm yesterday which is probably why the mailman didn't leave the slip.
Thanks.

And they'll say "Nope, this is a felony amount of a controlled substance, please assume the position."

Ok, I think they are definitely holding my package....what are the chances of them actually coming to my house to investigate? Also, can they check who has checked the tracking info online?

I wouldn't recommend getting paranoid.
My post office is a bunch of lazy fucks, and they won't deliver any packages to the house. Always have to go and pick them up at the post office.

is it ketamine or something? its not uncommon for out of country vendors require you to sign the package to verify that you have received the drugs. If you dont already know ask your vendor if he requires signature upon delivery.
in an instance that you are not home to sign, you have to go to the post office to sign. Ive had to do this a couple times.

" The site also says I can come pick up the package..."
this pretty much proves that your all set, no worries. the local cops aren't going to wait at the post office for idk how many days waiting for you to show up.
if they were trying to set you up, they'd set up a controlled delivery where the cops would dress up as a post office employee, and they would not leave that notice.

THIS
either a narc dressed as a cop or they would just let it be delivered as usual and then come knocking right after you accept it

have you really never ordered anything that had to be picked up? its extremely common. did you get a small greenish or orangeish card that has a pick up location --about the size on an index card? 100% normal OP.
