Best substrate for B+ and Eq's??
    #1192359 - 01/05/03 12:27 PM (13 years, 10 months ago)

I am new to growing both the B+ and the Eq strains. I was curious as to what substrate everyone recommends for the strains? What substrate (and casing method) have people gotten the best results from. Also...what tek is, in your opinion, the best for each of these strains? Thanks for your help...

pftek is recommended for newbies, but imo, Moe's outdoor tec will give you best results if you have  decent climatic conditions

If you never successfully grow mushrooms start with PF tek. Otherwise you will waste time and $. Go with PF, and then move to poo or straw if you can find any. I can't, so I use rye.

I Never used finchseed, but BRF and verm. the PF TEC is always good. Case your cakes with sterile 50\50 mix. Be patient and JAH will bless!! Peace and JAH Love

jars are much easier for a first attempt.
If you try a more advanced method- use Roadkill's "Poo Tek" and case with coir. Good Luck.
You may want to try the Faygo Dunk Tek.
