Well, I suggest inoculating a small amount of spores in each side of the jar, that way colonization time will be slower but NOT as slow as if you only inoculated a single side.

What temperature have you been incubating your honey jars at? That could have something to do with it.

the honey jars are at 68 constant..the jars at 75 constant. Its too late to go back and re-do the jars..besides..i only had 3/4 cc fo the entire pint jar...oh well, i plan on casing anyways..if it doesnt colonize fast enough ill just cutt off the un-colonized area.

If the jar does not fully colonize you could use it to make mycelum water. Then use that to make many more jars. I think there is a tek in the grow/find section that sounded pretty good. If you can't find it let me know I could try and look it up for you.
