try target,radio shack, any like little electronics stores or hardware stores should have them.

I too have had trouble finding a good digital hygrometer/thermometer in Canada. I've tried Canadian Tire, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.

Try Costco, my roomate has a nice indoor/outdoor digi hygro/therm that they bought there.

Try pet shops that sell reptiles
and tropical fish.Or garden centers and nursery suppliers.
Also good hydro shops should stock them.
