Would they have to wait for you to harvest to bust you for an active outdoor bed?If they didn't have any evidence of you planting it anyway.

Are they watching you that closely? If so, it's kind of a moot point.

Depends a lot on the circumstances. For the most part, law enforcement misses outdoor beds unless they are tipped off in some way.

I doubt the average cop would even give an outdoor bed a second glance unless he or she knew what they were looking for. It's not likely cops are going to survival a patch of mushrooms in the woods unless as previously mentioned they were tipped off. However you bring up the point of evidence left behind. Anything left behind at the grow site could be used as evidence against you. Something as trivial as a piece of cardboard with your fingerprints on it or even a footprint. Make sure you pack out everything you pack in and it's not a bad idea to to duct tape the bottom of your shoes. I know a guy who was busted growing pot outside because he left an empty pack of smokes at the grow site.

If the cops think they caught you, they will arrest you.
Once that happens it's a matter for the courts.
"They just grew there by themselves" could go either way depending on the judge.

I guess I am curious if they was on your property growing outside(not in Florida) if you would be legally responsible, like a rouge pot plant.I know a lot of places where hemp plants flourish but nobody does anything about them due to there low thc content.

I think it would have to be fairly obvious what was going on or you would have to already have someones attention for anyone to mess with you about it. Now if LEO already thinks you might be a good candidate to keep an eye on and if they know what they are looking for But if the average joe has a few rouge mushrooms around his tomatoes then I don't think it would be something to really worry about. With that said, you definitely wouldn't want to get caught growing anything illegal, whether inside or out. So IMO, what it boils down to is are you willing to take the risk and is it worth it? The thing is that if someone got caught doing it, things probably would not go well.
