Need help with kowanite filter patch bag...

Let me immediately state that I have searched all over, I cant get any information on this specific method, especially as it pertains to picking methods and flushes. I really have tried for a solid 2 hours, so please dont think I'm taking the easy way out by asking you guys.
Spores on rye berries colonized for two months. Not all the rye berries got there, actually there were only a few balls of mycelium, however I was tired of waiting (I know, stupid) and I broke up the mycelium. I then deposited the broken up berries onto 15 pounds of kowanite in a filter patch bag. The kowanite was completely colonized with mycelium within two weeks. 4 days since first visible pinning, and I already have 39 pins, as evidenced by these pictures:
Firstly, should I wait until a majority of the fruits are mature and then pick every last pin and fruit, or should I go about picking in a different manner? Either way, please give me your theory on the best way to go about harvesting as it pertains to the first flush. Much appreciated all you experts!
Secondly, with this particular method, is there anything I need to do (in example flipping, dunking, rolling) to the mycelium brick before moving into the second flush?
I basically need to know how to go about harvesting and moving into the second/third/fourth flush with this particular method. There is almost no information on this, and I am getting very confused. Thank you so much for your help.

I like to pick one at a time when they're ready.
It might help to do about a twelve hour dunk between flushes. Also if you're not misting regularly, you should be.

I'm not misting regularly. I was under the aupice that kowanite doesn't need to be misted. Where should I mist it?
I'm supposed to dunk it in water for twelvee hours? Are u sure that's good for kowanite?

You MUST mist regularly, regardless of what someone named the manure mix. I can tell from the looks of those fruits that you also need more fresh air and light. RR

I'm curious RR, what tipped you to thinking the fruits need more fresh air and light? Just wondering for my own knowledge.

Alright, so how should I go about misting them exactly?
I have them in a cardboard box with the top open to avoid direct sunlight. Should I take them out of the box? I open the bag about 3 times a day to release built up co2. Is this sufficient?
Thank you so so much for your help man

For picking, You can either pick all the mature ones and let the rest keep growing while misting and fanning. Or you can pick everything and dunk the substrate for 24 hrs to rehydrate it, then put back into fruiting conditions to initiate pinning again.

What is the best method for maximum yield (potency and weight) in your opinion?
Thank you so much for your help guys!

There isn't really anything you can do for potency, well at least anything that makes a noticeable difference...from what i've read from trusted cultivators is to pick them just as the veil breaks and don't dry them in the sun.
As for size, just make sure you are getting plenty of fresh air exchange (FAE) and are misting to replace the evaporating moisture.

I meant what is the best method for maximum yield (size and potency) as it pertains to harvesting (I.e. when to pick penis envy, if I should pick as they mature or wait for most to matue and pick everything, how to best prepare for a second flush)
By the way they are penis envy

This what your options for picking and preparing for a second flush...I guess you could pick everythingand mist heavily to rehydrate the substrate to prepare it for the second flush.
