Or are you going to sell and buy another in a different country to experience different cultures, or just rent your entire life.

my morgage is $420 a month, and i get to keep it. i used to pay $900 for rent :0

I own my place and I'm staying forever. Creekside 9000' above sea level, 15 minutes to nearest ski area, backs on two sides to National Forest, 3rd from last house on dead end road, can't see neighbors, can't hear neighbors. Sun rise is beautiful every morning.

I plan on buying one house, and one house only. I want it somewhere secluded with lots of land, with a huge back yard I can stare at every morning.

Obviously I want to buy and not rent. But I could never say whether I'll live in that house the rest of my life. But I will probably stay in America. Only because everyone I know lives here.

I'm creekside, 700'ASL, State Forest in the back and 2 minutes to the grocery store and Bar ... I can see my neighbors, but they're cool And sunrise is beautiful, if it's not snowing or rainin'  . . .
