i screwed up my bags because of the ever changing temp in my room, nothing bad, its just i think the growth stalled, how can i get it back up and running again?

keep the temp at 84 degrees F.
hopefully they just stalled and you didn't get a bacterial contam.
if they just stalled they will start back up in a few days.
you might want to build an incubator.

Build an incubator. easy to do and once one is done u never have to worry about not having the correct temp. ud want to keep it at 84-86. My jar stalled and i placed it in the incubator and i have seen growth. it works
