final fantasy xiii

new trailer. fuck US music. fucking horrid. I'm still psyched overall despite whiny fanboys bitching about new directions. I liked FFX and this seems like a new iteration of that.

i didnt think they had a US special edition
yeah I'm still psyched though. white knight chronicles will tide me over. level 5 makes such killer games.

I have to finish Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Dragon Age Origins before it comes out.

I think I have an obsession with massive RPGs. Hehe.

I spent so long on oblivion back in the day and quite a few months of fo3. DAO is on my list...looks pretty killer. I'm not too fond of all the fucking DLC theyre charging arbitrary amounts for though.

I've been trying to beat Oblivion for 4 years. EVERYtime I get really far, some stupid glitch happens that basically ruins my game to the point of forcing me to start over. I've been stuck inside of the Imperial Palace twice doing the last quest for the Thieves Guild. Another time, some main quest character glitch dies and never comes back. I have terrible luck with that game.

I'm playing through DAO right now and it's my addiction. It has a MMO feel to it. It reminds me of a blend between Dungeons and Dragon, Never Winter Nights, and FFXII. The Gambits system works very similar to the tactics of DAO. I'd highly recommend it.

its next on my list. this year sucks. well kinda. just too many good games coming out in the next 3 months or so. gonna be pricy. DAO has a new huge expansion coming in march i think, so its bound to devour much of my schedule for the next 3-6 months. red dead redemption will surely suck up months and months of my time as well.

I forgot about Mass Effect and ME2. :facepalm:

I have a lot of gaming to do.

I'm looking forward to BioShock 2 and i still have to get my hands on Assassins Creed 2. Dante's Inferno looks promising.

assassins creed 2 is amazing. I blew through it in a 3 or 4 days playing a lot, but I've still got a lot to do. plus DLC coming in february. dantes inferno is basically god of war set in the crusades. gameplay is almost a complete copy. theres a demo on psn. that being said, I think i like it better than god of war...the story anyway. the rest is almost identical.
