Psilocybin doesnt like to much heat either and heat will "kill" it
and animita muscaria are the only shrooms that like heat and are smokable (not that I liked it that much)
in fact heat increases the muscimol content on muscaria
muscimol is the active main psycoactive

I've shroomed enough to know that, too. I had already smoked 3 or 4 sessions that day with the normal after-effects from the shrooms the night before. The bowl with the shrooms in it though was quite different.

I won't do it. It would be stupid to smoke them, even if it did work. Eating them is without a doubt much more efficient.

On the technical side though, I wouldn't be surprised if it was possible to get treshold effects by smoking them.

Of course... I have never done it personally, but lots of my friends have smoked some of their shrooms... a friend of mine who smoked a pure bowl of shrooms said he really liked it, but it's nothing like ingestion.

And I have to ask... cutting weed with scissors? Do people do this? I've never heard of/seen it before! Weird. Doesn't seem like a horrible idea, but sort of weird.

I use scissors all the time, but I usually use my budbuster/coffee grinder.
Tends to really fluff it up.

Yeah depends on the weed but I will always use sizors if it is very dry bud. The grinder will just turn it into sand if it's too dry.

PS: yeah, smoking mushrooms is a WASTE, or didn't anyone read the topic? I would much rather munch down on the little shroomies than smoke them and lose soo much goodies. But hey, if you've got them to waste, it's kinda fun :P

u've never used scissors to snip ya bud???  :grin: :grin:

it makes me feel as one with  teh bud....seems more natural, taking ur time to prepare it  and such.  LOL

i use my sweet leaf grinder only when im lazy  :laugh:

what does smoking shrooms taste like and smell like  for u guyz that have done it?

maybe simply becaue psilocybin is like DMT it works

but Psilocybin is also like serotonin which cannont be smoked and if injected nothing happens

That way more thc goes into the weed instead of your fingers. It is a common practice among all of my smoking friends :cool: :grin: :tongue:
