So the turtle PC'd some straw today. No soakin, no cutting, straight from the bale to a spawn bag and into the PC. Did the turtle kill all the good stuffs when PCing the straw? He thought on using EQ grain for spawn.

I can't say from personal experience, but I beleive you may of killed some beneficial bacteria during PCing..Should only be pasteurized.I've heard it contaminates easily if PC'ed..

If it's in a spawn bag, you might be cool, as long as you keep it just as sterile as you would for grain.
But, seeing as how all the friendly bacteria just got fried, I'd say throw it out and start again, this time going exactly by the book.
Not like the stuff is expensive or hard to get.

you seem fine. ask Joshua he sterilizes bulks and not pasteurizes and we all know his results are nice from his growlog pics. if it works it works.

Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded.
