Hey I was wondering, if I used a 50/50 casing techinque... then what growing chamber should i use? I'm new to this, but I've read elsewhere that if you take some plastic tupperware and case ur cakes in there, and then set it in a 20 gallon aquarium with perlite, that should provide adequate humidity.
However, is there a way to reduce the workload by the means of a device that controls humidity and regulates air flow? (thus minimizing the fanning and misting)?

The casing itself should provide adequate humidity, as long as you keep it in a semi-closed environment. Quote:

A humidifier.

In a big rubbermaid tub (probably around 10 gallon size, maybe more, maybe less, I have no idea. It's about 18"W X 24"H) I use a two outlet air pump, one line goes in through a hole in the lid for the bubbler (no bubbler stone, just 2ltr with cutout in top and filled with perlite, water and H202, airline stuffed in bottle.. CHEAP!!!) the other line just sticks through another hole in top and blows fresh air in while CO2 (being heavier) exits out two holes near the bottom (2" up) This setup is by no means tried and true, and am not sure that it provides enough RH and fresh air. Still fan a few times a day and this is 8 days after birth, dunk and shock a 1 pint BRF
