Mini mono stalling after first flush

I made a little impromptu monotub out of 1 pint BRF spawn and about 2 gallons of sub. The sub was a mix of coir, verm, coffee, and gypsum. It was about 3" deep in the tub I was using. I put two holes on each of the long sides just above the sub top, and one on each short side just below the tub top. I covered all the holes while colonizing, and when ready to fruit just put micropore tape over them. Despite the low spawn:sub it colonized really quick. When I fruited it, the day after the pin set showed, the mushrooms were mature, and many were already breaking their veils. I was taken aback, because I wasn't expecting them to mature that fast, and the fruits were of good size. Dry it ended up being about 3/4 ounce or 20g. There were still plenty of immature pins left and they haven't gotten any bigger 2 days later. Many of them have broken veils and are less than 1 inch tall. After picking the first mature ones I gave it a good spraying and closed it back up. No other misting or fanning has been done at all to this tub since the beginning. It is in a room with a lot of moving air. What would be the most logical culprit for the tub just stalling like that? Obviously it was working quite well initially, but when I opened it and harvested some it has caused it ti totally stall out.
My guesses are either moisture content, or the myc was damaged and has needed to recover after the first flush. I didn't want to dunk it unless advised by somebody more experienced with monotubs.
Thanks for reading!

I would dunk it for several hours…
You don't have much sub, and moisture can go out quickly if you have good FAE.
I am certainly not very experienced, but I made two mini-monos.
For the next one, I will even dunk it right after full consolidation, to maximise the moisture content before the first flush.

Yeah, I would put my (inexperienced) bet on moisture levels. Definitely dunk it for next flush. Search around, there are several good threads about methods to dunk tubs for just that reason.

no need to dunk bulk before fruitng. you can but i dought you will see much differant.

I just wanted to update this thread. I dunked the tub, for about 8 hours. After draining I put it back in fruiting conditions, and a couple hours later, the pins started maturing again. The next day, all the pins had matured and the tub was spent. I wen ahead and trashed it, but the dunk definitely did the trick to get the rest of the pins to mature.
As always, thanks you guys!

glad to hear it worked out for you what I normally do instead of dunking is pour like 8-16 ounces of water along the sides of the tub and let the substrate soak it up. If the substrate soaks it up really fast then you know u need more. Just what I do instead of dunking and draining.
