I Need Encouragement

I innoculated 12 1/2 pint jars 4 days ago. 6 with GT and 6 with B+. I know everyone says be patient, but when should I see growth? I followed the PF tek and am currently incubating the jars at 80 degrees. Whats the average time to see growth if all conditions are optimal? Thanks everyone.

4 days????? hang in there dude.. could be anyday now, or could also bee a few weeks. Don't worry yet! no contams, no problems.

Thanks Curious, and by the way, it's dudette. I was just unsure of when I should actually see myc. starting to form at the innoculation sites.

I've seen it start in as little as 5 days and in as much as 1 month (but that was very strange and the jar ended up contaminated). You're fine, as curious said, "no contams, no problems"
