My favorite thing about cardio...
    #11773675 - 01/05/10 11:59 PM (11 years, 4 months ago)

Is hacking up all that phlegm.  Gross, yet so, so satisfying.

My problem, though, is that I can't ride my bike outside all winter.  Sooner or later, I'm going to have to move this inside to a machine.

Anybody else hack up the mucus like a mo' fo'?  And more importantly, what do you do when you're in the company of others, like at the gym?  Am I supposed to be that guy with the snot rag?

It only happens to me when I forget to drink water.

Hmmm....  You might be onto something there.  Tomorrow I shall drink water before I ride.  I'll report back.

I ride on a trainer inside... I don't wanna spend $500 on cold weather cycling gear.
How much do you hack up during cardio and is it green or yellow?

You should keep water on you all the time when you ride.

Seriously!

no, a trainer...

yeah, you can sweat like crazy on one of these, especially if you do intervals while watching TV or listening to music.

No stationary bike, you hook your back wheel up to it.

30 lbs in three weeks?
Isn't that a little too much, too fast?

Yes, it is. The shine stands for his job title, which is Shoe Shiner, the moon stands for the time he comes out to be a nigger, which is best suited for the negroid camouflage.

I still haven't gotten back out into the street.  busy, busy

Um...it was night time, but if I were a guessing man, then I would guess that it was pretty much the clearest kind of snot imaginable.  It sure didn't look like I had a sinus infection, if that is what you're getting at.

I've done it myself.  I imagine most of it was water weight though.  And I eventually gained a lot of that back.

I can hardly believe that meams was ever pudgy to be honest.  He seems like a workout machine.

Mushroomtip, it CLEARLY says 30lb in SIX weeks.  That's 42 days to have a net deficit of 105,000 calories (at 3,500 calories per lb of fat).  Which just means I had to burn like 2400 calories more than I ate every day, which was easy because I worked out a bunch and only ate turkey sandwitches on whole wheat bread - and lots of vitamins.

Yeah, it probably wasn't very healthy, but it worked - and i've kept it off with a good diet and solid exercise regiment w/ Kettlebells.

I wasn't ever pudgy.  I weighed ~180 and it was all distributed throughout my torso.  Since i wore t-shirts at the time, it really didn't show.

Before the kettlebell thread (and that indoor cycling) i have never worked out, ever.  I've never had a single muscle, ever.  No flexin' nothin.
