Probably too brittle. Can't find RTV? Or silicone?
Edit- it might melt in the PC too. Or it might come out just right. Maybe you should try one?

some info I found on the net
link
Hot-melt glue guns come in two standard temperatures, and some glue guns can switch between temperatures:
* low temp - 260°F - 127°C * high temp - 380°F - 193°C
The glue material comes in three types: low, high, and dual temperature. "Dual temperature" hot glue material is probably the most common at this time.
At 15 psi, the temperature increases to 121ºC in the pressure cooker.
So the numbers say you should be good but I would got with the high temp if you can.

You'll want to use a high-temperature hotglue gun, not one of the low-temperature ones used for sewing.
High-temp hotglue melts at around 380 farenheit, low-temp melts at 250.
Hotglue will be quite a bit more brittle than RTV or Silicone, though - so while the hightemp hotglue will not melt in a pressure cooker at 15psi, it is probably not your best choice for self-sealing injection ports because it won't be as good at the self-sealing bit.
If you use hotglue, then plug in the gluegun while you're knocking up the jars and put a blob of hotglue over the hole that's left by the needle after you knock each one.

Save yourself the trouble. Think about it--hot glue is formulated to melt at relatively low temps. Get silicone. You don't even need RTV, which handles 475 degrees plus. PCs hit 250.

I find the biggest cheapest tube of 100% silicon if you look careful like 10 of them will just be 100% silicon for different prices with nothing added.
