So I inoculated 12 jars and 3 of them were costa rica's and already 2/3 of those seem to have been contam'd while all 9 GT cakes are on either first strong flush or the third flush.

here is two pictures of the costa rica cake

Please any help. I feel completly ignorant when it comes to contaminations.

Are you talking about the pink looking spores under your nail? - that is not trich.

There does seem to be a greenish tinge to the right of the thumb? is that the light or is there colour there?

It's more bluish, but that hyphal knot is huge and has water beads on it that when rubbed off were dark brown nasty looking. What the hell is that? Should I just toss it to be safe?
