Any tips for almost fully colonized jars that have stalled?

i've skimmed through the board and have seen a couple ideas but wanted to see what the current or best method is (if there is one) to help with almost fully colonized pf jars. 4 of my jars have seemed to stall. after about 2 weeks they were at about 90% and it's been almost 4 weeks now and they're at around 95%. i've seen numerous times to flip the jars upside down but i've also seen people shooting that idea down as well. any ideas? or do i just have to wait it out sometimes? thanks

If it dried out too much you can inject some water into it, let it sit for 4-8 hours, then suck up the excess water with a syringe. I've had to do that a couple times with stalled grain jars.

The biggest causes of stalling in pf jars are failure to leave the gas exchange holes open and/or using pint jars instead of the correct 1/2 pint.
If you flip them upside down, be sure to leave them that way until finished. Don't go back and forth. RR

You can flip jars upside down, people here seem to be really paranoid about contaminants entering the sub. It could be from being too dry, for I've spawned with bits of myc from stalled jars and everything went well.
It might be contamination, too, but I've never spawned myc bits from a stalled cake resulting in contamination of the bulk sub.

agree if it has just stalled. and if it has been that long and you dont see or smell anything wrong its probley fine to spawn
