first human cloned
    #1173199 - 12/27/02 07:51 AM (14 years, 7 months ago)

Just heard on the news that the first human supposedly has been cloned by an organisation that says the first human on this planet was a cloned alien. By cloning humans there should become a genetic pass for eternal life come available ( http://www.cloneaid.com , don't have l/p tough...)

What it is it with humans, that all form of self-criticism and scepticism dissapears the moment they LET any told form of 'truth' invade their lifes.......whether it's nazism, religion, alien-theories...., whether it tells them to hate other, whether it tells them to love others...........i grieve because they let themselves BE told...... :frown:

and in this case i grieve because of the consequences...

I thought I read that they believed aliens genetically engineered life onto this planet. Like mixing their DNA with ape DNA, not being an alien "clone" as you said. Makes more sense than being a random fluke of evolution, if you ask me.

Oh and by the way, I am for any technology that allows us to peek into new dimensions of awareness.

As much as we would like it to be, nature doesn't work in a "every baby born is perfect and alive" way. For every sperm that makes it, there are millions that die trying. This is true throughout the universe.

But it doesn't matter what I think, really. You can't stop technology; it can only stop itself.

"You can't stop technology; it can only stop itself."

sadly i do agree on this one

for natures perfection's sake: i don't believe in natures perfection on an individual scale, however i do believe in natures perfection on a species' scale in a way it takes its perfect place in a brilliant ecological system, thus balance....

Yes, and in my opinion sacrifice is part of that balance...

This is the only way society will work out. We strive to become better by any means necessary. Eventually, we will either learn or come to accept the fact that there are some things that shouldn't be messed with.

Failing to see what results could come as a consequence of cloning is the biggest mistake. We shouldn't be playing with these sorts of things until we have a VERY thourough understanding of all the checks and balances they require. Let's take a lesson from the dying race of (cloned) zetas who suffer from genetic deficiency and a whole plethora of uncurable diseases that didn't exist before they started cloning.

Cloning isn't some game, it isn't amatuer scientist night. It requires a deep spiritual understanding of the effects of cloning, and a highly sophisticated science which we do not yet have. We do not have the foresight to see what consequences could come of this in the future. We do not know all of the different variables that effect it... i.e.... we barely can even comprehend what we are doing. You play with fire, you get burned.

That's not to say I don't agree with cloning. I agree with cloning in the hands of responsible, spiritually sovereign, knowledgable beings who are well versed in the arts of Creation and human/soul life. Right now us humans are immature, irresponsible, ignorant creatures (for the most part) who have no business cloning.

But how can intelligent, responsible people attempt to do so when it is illegal??

When you outlaw evolution, the only ones who evolve are outlaws.

I was waiting for a post on this. I am glad and happy for the first born clone. Hopefully the tests to provide evidence turn out positive. And if they don't, there will still be a clone born soon after anyways. I love the idea of designer babies. The future evolved humans will be more healthy, live longer maybe indefinately, be happy and intelligent. I think this is a great start.

I just hope you all remember this day when your stomach is being greedily devoured by packs of subhuman borg monsters who hate humanity for creating such abominations, and are jealous of us because we have souls.

Zetas could be humans from the future who take dna for their own survival.

.....just a thought.

The same type of thought has crossed my mind a few times. What if the typical Grey-headed alien entities are somehow our future selves communicating across the boundaries of time? It could be like McKenna once said... "We are part of a symbiotic relationship with something which disguises itself as an extraterrestrial invasion so as not to alarm us."

Um. It's a cult, they think that they've cloned humans, but I don't think they have. None of the people they have working for them are actually scientists.

perhaps there's an ecological reason for the fact that humans are less healthy, lieve shorter at least definately, are not happy per se and not all einsteins........

overpopulation is one reason that comes to mind. By making war for instance, because humankind is for the majority too dumb and too unhappy to see the planet's brilliance, we certainly make sure theres enough room for the rest of natures' creatures to live in. Because we are not too healthy, parasites and other kind of microorganism will stop humans from getting to dense in population. Mere speculation though, can't give you any facts on this one but i do think our biological values are set by nature for a reason, not something to mess with without proper knowledge, preferably not at all.....

instead of working on ways of accelerating evolution, we should work to understand ourselves a little better then we do...

I think they come hand-in-hand...

I for one am for cloning. Although I think it should be perfected first before cloning a full human.

I just like the fact we could be able to clone organs and stuff like replacement parts.

soon we will be living like those in Brave New World..
it seems the more advanced we get the more we can relate to
the society in that book, its rather scary..
