I see. So any research showing minimal harm from MJ use is invalid because some future study MAY turn up something new. (20,000 years of usage with relatively little harm means nothing. New superweed is in the works.)

Are Prohibitionists some form of mutant human? Do they have some damaged DNA that makes logical thinking impossible?

No drug is benign if overdone. And it is entirely possible that some currently unproven drawback to marijuana may eventually surface.

But that is not the point that a Justice Minister should be considering. From a legal point of view, the question to be answered is: "Who is harmed"? If the only answer is, "The smoker -- maybe," then the legal system has no right to involve itself.
