98% colonized and what to do with Invitros... Help please.

Hi, I did a quick search on invitros and I wasn't finding the answers I needed. I hope this isn't a over-done topic.
This is the bottom of some cambos that I inoculated on 11/23.

I can't tell if this jar is done in the middle.

it has a biggen.

My questions are..
What do I do with the jar that is 98% colonized and has invitros? Do I cut off the unfinished part, pick off the invitros and dunk and roll the cake?
Help! thanks.

Thats jar is ready to be dunked and roll'd. Birth it and keep the mushrooms on it then dunk and roll then fruit.
The first pic can wait 5 more days or so. Usually when a cake starts to pin like that its ready to be birthed.

Funny, this must be a Cambo thing. Mine did the EXACT same thing. I waited for a while to give the myc time to finish colonizing-- but it didn't after 3 days and the pins in the jar just kept going. Anyway, I used a sterile blade to cut out the uncolonized part, and dunked, crumbled and cased (which I now know casing a crumbled cake is pointless--I thought the casing offered new nutrients).
I cut out uncolonized part; I dehydrated the pins I picked off before dunking. But that's what I did and it worked for me! I'm sure it'd work for you!

Thanks for the fast responses. I birth and dunked 2 cakes that looked fully colonized but they had no invitros. The other 2 jars that are colonized with invitros I will birth and dunk now. The 98% jar I will leave alone for one more day to see if the last spot will go away. The only thing that I'm worried about is that the mushrooms in the jars are not exactly pins, they are kinda big. I hope they can be dunked without being damaged.
Thanks for the help. I'm going to dunk the other 2 cakes now.
