Stuntzii? Pic

Tonight while shopping at the local W*Mart I stopped off to have a burger and found a patch of mushrooms growing in bark mulch outside the front door. The green around the edge of the cap caught my eye and I grabbed up a couple. I'm still waiting for a spore print, but have viewed the spores under my microscope. They are smooth and oval shaped. The gills are atached and there is a slight ring on the stalk which is missing on a few. These dont match any pictures I have seen on stuntzii but have all the traits found for them in my audubon field guide. No apparent brusing, but the mycelium around the base is turning a greenish blue (mabe my imagination). Stems are fibrous and hollow. The caps are turning lighter as they begin to dry out.
Anyone from the PNW know what I have? I know positive ID is not possible before the spor print. Praying for purple

Well... they look Psilocybian. If they're not Psilocybes I think they may be Agrocybes. When you looked at the spores under the microscope, did you notice if they had a pore on them? Let us know about that print, that is what will dertermine it.

Prints are comming out purple!!! As the mushrooms dry the bluing is becoming more apparent. I think I may have my first active find. Who knows how many of these I have passed over. I dont have an experienced hunting partner, and did not think that the red bark mulch was a good place to look for actives.
Now I want to go back tonight and get the rest of them.
Any idea how potent these are? The only other actives I have experienced where Azures.

I'm not that great at IDing PNW Psilocybes, but if they are indeed Ps. stuntzii, they're pretty damn weak =\ You'll need large numbers of them. Wait untill someone can give you a 100% sure ID on them before you eat anything.

Thanks for your help GumbyDude. I went and got the rest of them. It's only about 25-30 wet grams. I dont have a small scale yet. Hopfully get some good prints to spread around the yard:) I'm going to try and take a walk over that area early in the AM when the light is better.
Anyone else help out on this ID? I'm almost positive they are active. I can feel it, they wanted me to find them. He he been hunting for many weeks around this area. Even if they are weak, it's nice to find something close to the house.

vary possibly Stuntz's Blue Legs aka Washington Blue Veil these tend to be around after it is too cold for cyans ,and they do grow in red bark ,but not ceder . if they dont look like the pix its probably because of age . also there are a lot of Galerina autumnalis around which also grow in bark ,so its a good idea to get to know what they are .the most distinct difference is that the galerinas stem is the same color as the cap . enjoy but be careful

Thanks for the second opinions and the help. Shroomerites are truly the best around. Here is a pic of one of the caps that has been drying for about 8 hours.
My faith in hunting is restored

After the prints where done last night I took 1/2 of the mushrooms (mostly stems). After an hour I ate all the caps. Got a very nice level 1+ and enjoyed the night. I thought the taste was pretty mild and chasing a mouthfull with some orangejuice was the perfect compliment.
