Button to Mature Fruit Time? Slow Grow Question

I'm on my first grow and I'm using a shotgun fruiting chamber with perlite and a bubbler in there for humidity. PF-TEK grow with BRF. Temps are about 80 F and humidity is at 95%-99% on the digital humidity gauge. I've been fanning 3-7 times a day.
Question is I got some pretty good pinning and some thick buttons but they don't appear to be sprouting up the way I'd expect. Pins matured to thick buttons about 2-3 centimeters thick but haven't done much else. It's been about 4-5 days since pinning started and I'm worried that they have halted. None are blacking on the top or getting slimy yet but wondered what average time is from pin-mature fruit or at least where it should be in day lengths? Also, any ideas on what I can do to promote more growth?
Thanks in advance!!

Promoting proper growth would be optimal environmental conditions. You sounds quite on the ball. If anything just watch your humidity and keep up the fanning. Fresh air exchange, and replacing the humidity lost in the air after air exchange are the 2 most important environmental factors that you can currently control. Keep those optimal and your going to do fine. It is more of a waiting game than anything. g/l

Cool. I'm not giving up. Actually in process of building a very nice FC instead of my shotgun setup. Something that's a bit more automated with fans for FAE. Really I'm trying to find the average and maximum time that I should allow for pins to mature. I've read through a few related threads on here but still don't have a firm idea on if it's 3 days after pinning or 7... What would be the max time most have seen for this process?

7-10 days or longer from pins to harvest. Temps play a big part in timing too.

Well they did grow but only fatter. I have some extremely fat ass buttons. I decided to harvest today because one started to black on the head and I'm flying out for a few days tomorrow. The bulk of the fruits were about 3/4 inch in diameter but only about an inch in length. I wonder if FAE is a problem as when I search fat I found Co2 issues a likely candidate. I'm building a PMP and we'll try again with a good number of cakes... Thanks for help all.

Ive had some that look like they just stopped growing, but give it a day or 2 with all the proper conditions and you will be happy I have seen 7 days to pin. I dont think you can really put a set time on pin to fruit. Goodluck tho!

Did you wait the full week consolidation after full colinisation? There seems to be a link between birting early and strange mutations on the first flush.
Also, why hav eyoiu got a bubbler, yoiu dont need anything extra in a shotgun.
Are you misting aswell?
What about light.
If would help if you had pictures aswell. Are they pins that just swell at the stem and become really fat because that can be caused by poor lighting
