Salvia after a 4 week break.

Work has been tough, also so many people visiting, All I have been able to muster is ¼ doses of acid maximum and wine or tequila.
Yesterday, however, the house was finally quiet and nearly empty and I had no obligations, so I took my favorite medicine and was delighted.
Pretty soon after exhalation, with eyes closed, the usual visual noise (which for me looks like tapioca or quinoa) began to grow from rounded shapes to florets then flowers, expanding through space on vines that extended impossibly in directions that do not even exist. All growing more complex, all together, all at once.
I had never before seen the process of the frequent flower hallucination so clearly proceed from “nothing” to full Alex Grey type dimensional majesty.
I did not have my usual diary at hand so I failed to record the trippy thoughts I had or the attitudes I adopted to recollections that arose,
I smoked it twice yesterday – once in the bath and once nearly at bed time.
The significant part afterwards was the impact on dreams, vivid dreams all night long, dreams that I could not distinguish from reality.
That and also, hours later, closed eyes have much more dynamic patterns, and even open eyes seem to have a bit of candy vapor.
Very nice.

I remember that I saw each floret/ flower/nexus as a complete potential side trip or memory processing path, and all were expanding visually as I was not taking any particular direction.
I was familiar with this dynamic and knew that if I took any side branches, the whole vision would dissolve.
all the potential mental directions seemed much more alive than when at baseline (normal)

That's wild to see all the paths at once. Psychedelics usually send me careening along, branching branching branching

that view of the memory processing paths is epic vast and beautiful. i have never been able to not follow them. for me to be seeing them is to be following a memory processing path in the first place. i don't know with salvia or life when observation is separate from action or path.
those potential directions are astonishing.
good to hear you had a nice experience after a brief break. i have found i have had about a two week break from it after having a wonderful experience. I'm waiting to be called back to it and i know that day is closer than not. happy new year.
