CA Identification Request

I found these and I am thinking its possible that they could be a Panaeolus, any help with identification would be very nice.
Here are some pics, included the substrate I found them in. This is the Sacramento area and the spore print is not finished, but looks like it will be black.
The pics are big so I didn't embed them.

Another one if you don't mind, these resemble my memory of an active species I saw in a picture a while ago. But as I can't find the pic again and I don't remember the name I am at a bit of a loss. (Not to mention my memory could be flawed)
This is also from the Sacramento California area and it has some blueish (?) areas (Top of caps, top-down view) and slight darkish bruising which I can't make out which color. The spore print is also taking its time, so I'll come back and update this thread when its done.
The pics again are rather big, so they are not embedded. Thanks again.

Thanks again, after doing more reading of my own, I've concluded that Armillaria cf. mellea is indeed edible (And seeing how I never got a spore print, but was using white paper...). And seeing how I really like mushrooms (As food) I would love the chance to try them. I found a recipe that will work and found out that the imitations should have dark spore prints (Which I didn't get).
So just to get a second opinion (I don't trust my limited experience too much), they should be safe to eat if cooked well? Thanks.

Yea, those are good to eat. Some people just use the caps because the stems are a bit tough.
You can see a white spore print on white paper if you hold it up to the light at an angle.
